LMU’s (Local Market Updates) is a small booklet that has a front which is usually in the theme of the current season. And two pages inside on market reports for the area and a back page which we change up now and then depending on what’s going on in the market.
Sometimes we have done a football card score sheets or DND adverts.

Keeping marketing seasonal is key!
Part of my job required me to keep digital marketing up-to-date such as the website and social media imagery. I liked to keep them in line with seasons, the weather or if we had other holidays such as Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day and Xmas.

This would usually follow out to some of our other marketing for example if we send out a Nil Deposit Flyer in summer it would have the Summer theme Nil deposit street.

I felt this helps keep the marketing recognizable but with suitable changes for the seasons.
