LMU’s (Local Market Updates) is a small booklet that has a front which is usually in the theme of the current season. And two pages inside on market reports for the area and a back page which we change up now and then depending on what’s going on in the market.
Sometimes we have done a football card score sheets or DND adverts.
HALLOWEEN 2019
Halloween... the time to get spooky with the advertisement, that year I created an all area flyer which 100,000 were printed & distributed around North London.

I changed all the website & social media imagery, followed by a day of spooky edited images on properties they had for sale or to let.
​
I created the Halloween outfits for the people vectors & added little MG touches throughout.
